On Saturday, August 1, 2015, star actor Majid Michel and wife Virna renewed their vows to each other at a star studded ceremony at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel.

The strictly by invite event was attended by the families and friends including celebrities.The  guest list included Nadia Buari, Shirley Frimpong Manso, Joselyn Dumas, Omar Sherif Captan, Yvonne Nelson, Fred Nuamah, Kofi Adjorlolo, Stephen Appiah, Martha Ankomah, Pascal Amanfo, tchidi chikere, Dakore Egbuson Akande, Ken Attoh, Anne Sackey among others.

The ceremony was organized by Stacy Amoateng, the host of Restoration With Stacy. Stacey promised the couple an all-expenses paid event in celebration of their 10th anniversary of marriage, when Majid made and appearance on the interactive talk show. On that episode she said:“This is what we’re going to do, you’ve done so well, you’ve been with your wife for so long, you guys have been there for each other so we are giving you a treat. And with this treat, all you need to do is to provide us a date… And you and Virna can say I do again,”

The event was sponsored by La Palm Royal Beach Hotel, Xclusive Bridals, Lets Be Seated, Bigcake Littlecake, ABS Collections, Nancy Blaq and Emklan Media coordinated the event. Majid and Virna union have been blessed with two daughters, Zara and Kiera Michel.
