Another Secret NPP Meeting Tape Out

The Herald, has gotten wind of an explosive audio tape making the rounds involving, top guns of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), in which they were secretly plotting to incite state workers against the Mahama administration, to cause disaffection.

The meeting, according to insiders, was held in Koforidua in the Eastern Region with the NPP flagbearer, Nana Akufo-Addo present. The secret meeting took place sometime this year with the NPP National Organiser, John Buadu, also present.

The plotters, touched on how they would use selected identifiable groups such as nurses, medical doctors, the clergy and opinion leaders, all in a devilish effort to make the Mahama government unpopular.

It also discussed how they must forge alliances with the governments of Togo, Burkina Faso and Cote d’Ivoire to get them to close their borders on Election Day.

The NPP members, mentioned how they are in touch with some resource persons, who would assist the party in mobilising roughly 1 million Malian nationals- mostly resident in Ghana to support them.

The NPP, also talked about their plans for IEA debates, among others.

Already medical doctors are on strike after government declared certain demands they made as outrageous. The pharmacists, nurse and others, have in recent times declared one strike or another over conditions of service.

All these agitations come at a time most Ghanaian workers are enjoying good packages under the Single Spine Salary Structure (SSSS).
