Union S&L Ends Customer Service Week With Executive Breakfast

To highlight the importance of healthy living for business owners and their employees, Union Savings and Loans climaxed this year’s customer service week with an executive breakfast meeting with clients at the Holiday Inn Hotel.

In an interview with Philip Oti- Mensah, the Managing Director of Union S&L he stated that “as customers pay attention to their businesses, their health needs are sometimes neglected and for us to have a long term mutually beneficial relationship with them, it is important to highlight to need to remain healthy”.

Prior to this, Union designed the U-interact project which was custom-made to depict the institution’s assurance of providing outstanding and speedy banking services to clients.

The theme for the project was “Healthy Living For Business Success” and it was crafted to facilitate communication between staff of Union and clients. The project was also developed to allow immediate feedback and complaints on service delivery.

The Executive Breakfast is in collaboration with the Eden Family Hospital and the Sugar Project.
