#HolidayMotivation over a year ago this journey seemed impossible. Once again I say ' you must be so passionate about something that people think you are crazy'.

A year on... I'm still as passionate as I was on day one. There's no easy road. .. there's no turning back... this journey isn't for weaklings. If you haven't got the mental fortitude to see this through, I'm sorry but you have no business starting this journey. It's a daily struggle. My body has been fighting me for a year... and I have been fighting back harder, not listening to the aches or the pains. Some colleagues get surprised how I've been able to pick up my gym bag after work consistently for over 365 days.... the struggle is real but so am I. I no longer listen to my body.
