Juventus Midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah Denies Injury Report

Juventus midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah has hinted at his imminent return to action after denying report indicating he has aggravated an injury.

The 27-year-old was reported to have sustained another injury just weeks after undergoing rehabilitation to recover from a previous setback.

The Ghana international who last made an appearance for Juventus in a League match against Lazio on December 4 was said to have suffered a fresh injury at training which eventually saw him miss the team’s last two matches against Sevilla and Fiorentina respectively.

Asamoah in an interview with GHANAsoccernet vehemently denied the reports leveled at him insisting he is still training with his Club.

“I am feeling very good, I have been training very well with my teammates.”

“I am not injured. I just finished another training session with my club and it went really well.”

The midfielder will be hoping to return to action when Juventus take on Torino in the Coppa Italia tomorrow.
