*Oprah Winfrey documents her hard-fought struggle to lose weight  in her first ad for Weight Watchers – and it is moving people to tears, according to Twitter.

The TV titan premiered the U.K. version of her commercial on Christmas Eve. Mixed in with throwback footage of her at various sizes is the TV mogul sitting outside, speaking candidly about her weight-loss battle:

“Inside every overweight woman is a woman she knows she can be,” Winfrey, 61, says in the 60-second spot.
