MTN Excites Customers With "Season Of Sharing Promo

Ghana’s leading telecommunications service provider, MTN Ghana, is set to excite customers during the month of February with the launch of its  “Season of Sharing” promotion, which is meant to encourage subscribers to connect with family and friends while building greater affinity for the MTN brand.

Offers being introduced under “Season of Sharing” include the MTN Y’ello Valentine on the Caller Ring Back Tones (CRBT) service, which allows customers to upload tunes to express their love and win exciting prizes. Customers who visit MTN service centers across the country from 12th- 14th February will also receive chocolates as part of the promotion.

Also included in the promotion are exciting deals on MTN data bundles that allow customers to connect with family and friends through social media, as well as free gifts such as smartphones, shopping vouchers, airtime and movie tickets.

Additionally, MTN customers who fly Emirates airlines can enjoy 15% and 20% discounts on economy and business class tickets respectively. Customers can access the package online via http://mtn.com.gh/personal/loyalty.

In a gesture that demonstrates another dimension of MTN’s focus on brightening lives, the “Season of Sharing” promotion will also include a blood donation campaign aimed at saving lives. The MTN Ghana Foundation will support five regional hospitals as part of a “Save a Life” blood donation exercise. These include the National Service, Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, Effia Nkwanta Hospital, Tamale Teaching Hospital, Bolgatanga Regional Hospital and the Cape Coast Regional Hospital.

Commenting on the “Season of Sharing” promotion, the Acting Chief Marketing Officer for MTN Ghana, Noel Kojo-Ganson said, “MTN is in business to make the lives of our customers a whole lot brighter and the ‘Season of Sharing’ promotion gives us another opportunity to do that.

MTN’s “Season of Sharing” promotion follows the “Season of Surprises” promotion ran during Christmas to show appreciation to MTN’s loyal customers.

Subscribers are cautioned to guard against fraudsters. MTN does not require payment of any cash or purchase of recharge cards in order to redeem any prize won in any promotion.  MTN is encouraging customers to call 100 or visit any of its service centers if they need to validate any promotion.
