Miss Ghana 2015, Antoinette Delali Kemavor and her runner ups, Rebecca Asamoah and Afua Asieduwaa Akrofi under the supervision of Miss Ghana Foundation last Saturday held a blood donation exercise at Rawlings Park in Accra.

The ceremony was to stock the National Blood Bank with the necessary blood it needs.
Also it was part of the queens’ responsibilities as the ambassadors for the National Blood Service.

There was a massive turnout of voluntary donors at the exercise to donate blood while they also got free dental screening and other freebies as compensation.

Rapper E.L, TV & Radio presenter Giovanni Caleb and Accra mayor, Alfred Oko Vanderpuijea blood were among some personalities who were present to support the exercise.

Organised by the Miss Ghana Foundation, the exercise was supported by Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA), Special Ice Mineral Water, Magnum Force Security, Hottees, the National Blood Service Ghana and Marwako.

The Miss Ghana Foundation is a registered charity arm of the Miss Ghana Beauty pageant.

Over the years, past Miss Ghana queens have taken up different social projects that help transform and positively impact lives of the most vulnerable or less privileged in society under the foundation.
