Ghanaian international Jonathan Mensah has signed a two and half year deal with Russian Club Anzhi Makhachkala from French Ligue 2 side Evian Thonon Gaillard. GhanaSportsOnline.com can confirm.
 
Mensah sealed his move to the Russian top-flight side after completing his medical on Tuesday afternoon.

The defender has been an admirer of caretaker coach Ruslan Agalarov who recommended him to the management at the Club.

The 26-year-old will join his new teammates in Spain to prepare ahead of the new season.
