Read Shatta Wale's statement below:

My friends. I see in your eyes the same fear that consumes every hustler and keeps me up at night. I see in you all the same pain that has killed many careers. I hear your shouts; voices which keep reminding the country that there are many of us on the grind. During the past months, I have taken inspiration from all of you and I have worked very hard only to keep this dream of us alive I have only two fears in life. Fear of God and fear of disappointing you my fans (with good music).

This is a struggle to shape an industry which is dear to all of us. The industry is bigger than any single artiste. That said, the industry will be shaped by our individual actions. Collectively, we will build it. I have contributed and will continue to contribute my quota

I know you are all motivated to keep our vision going but I will urge you all to be calm in your actions. I have seen some of the videos on the destruction of property and all.

Let's stay off the destruction of property and keep our pressure on through the relevant media channels available to us.

I have been too motivated by the many calls and inspirations from each one of you in the family.

Where is my energy now? I am focused on the upcoming album and we will make it the biggest ever.
