This year's edition of the annual independence day celebration parade came off at the Black Stars Square in Accra on March 6, 2016.
As always the Independence day which fell on a Sunday this year, attracted several statesmen from far and near to celebrate Ghana 59th Independence anniversary.
The national occasion saw a colourful sense of fashion by our politicians mostly dressed in Ghanaian Kente, Fugu and African prints.
