This is turning in to one of those difficult periods for Arsene Wenger and Arsenal. Even when things go right, they go wrong.
The very good news from here on Humberside was another FA Cup victory – Arsenal haven't lost one of these games for three years now – and ultimately it was a comprehensive one, too, fashioned by two useful and well-taken goals each for the new father Olivier Giroud and Theo Walcott.
