Wisas Court Case Adjourned To April 7

The Accra Circuit Court has adjourned the case involving hiplife musician Wisa to April 7, 2016.

The case could not be heard on Tuesday, March 22, as planned, due to Wisa’s late arrival in court.

The presiding judge issued a second bench warrant for Wisa’s arrest but had to rescind it, after the musician later showed up around 10am. His lawyer, Jerry Agbenovor, explained that the musician was not feeling well, hence his lateness.

Wisa is facing charges of indecent exposure after he flashed his penis while performing live on stage at Citi FM’s ‘Decemba 2 Remember’ concert at the Accra International Conference Centre last year.

The Court has already screened the video that captured the alleged indecent exposure.

His lawyer earlier put up an argument that his client may have flashed a dildo and not necessarily his penis.
