Sports Minister, Edwin Nii Lante Vanderpuiye has been spotted in a video that has gone viral on social media singing and dancing to the all-popular 'Kakai' song of dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale.
He performed the dance on stage after an #ichooseJM outreach program in Odododiodio constiteuncy where he is also the MP.
