Koku Warns Mac Manu

Peter Mac Manu, Campaign Manager of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has hinted the party will make announcement of the winner of the presidential polls of the November 2016 elections ahead of the official declaration by the Electoral Commission.

According to Peter Mac Manu who was addressing some party faithfuls in Takoradi over the weekend - the decision of the party to fast-track the results is based on their experience in the 2012 general elections.

But NDC’s deputy Chief Scribe, Koku Anyidoho has threatened Peter Mac Manu do to so at his own risk.

“Let him [Mac Manu] dare make a mistake and declare his results in this country and see what will happen to him,” he strongly warned on NEAT FM’s morning show 'Ghana Montie'.

Koku however alleged that “We know what the NPP is doing. They have a civil war planning committee in the Ashanti Region and Mac Manu is the chairman. They want to create confusion and civil war in this country so they will benefit from it. But that will not happen.”

“The lawlessness that is destroying the NPP, we will not allow that same lawlessness to destroy Ghana,” he added.
