Supreme Court Will Instruct EC To Compile New Voters' Register - Islamic Cleric Predicts

An Islamic Numerologist, Philosopher and a Spiritualist, Mallam Shamuna Ustaz Jibril who is known globally for his accurate predictions on both local and International issues has claimed to have “spiritually hacked” the EC’s main data.

According to him, the Electoral Commission is likely to be presenting “one million and two hundred thousand (1.2 million)” or below, names of people who registered with NHIS – this he said will call for a New Voters' Register.

He told Peacefmonline.com after the apex court last week order the EC to furnish it with the full list of persons who registered with the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) card as a form of identification, in six days.

“You remember l granted an interview to peacefmonline.com dated 30th January, 2016 and on the same date on my Facebook wall in a dream l dreamt, and l saw Madam Charlotte Osei interacting with Al-jazera correspondent that she had no option than to compile a fresh New Voters' Register.

“. . however, l foresee that the Highest Court of the Land will finally not agree with the evidence gathered by EC, thus, the EC will present 1.2million names or below out of the expected 4 million NHIS registrants.

“..As a result of that the court will unanimously instruct the EC to compile a new register,” he predicted.

Background

The apex court on May 5, asked the Electoral Commission to expunge from the current voters’ register the names of all persons who registered and voted in the 2012 elections, with the NHIS card as a proof of identity.

The ruling followed a suit filed by Abu Ramadan, and one, Evans Nimako, who in 2014 won a lawsuit that barred the use of NHIS cards for registration. The two, among other reliefs, wanted the current register declared inappropriate for the November polls.

But the EC after studying the ruling said its understanding does not suggest the use of any new process to delete the names of those who registered with NHIS cards, since there are already laid down procedures for expunging ineligible names.

The EC’s explanation however angered Mr. Ramadan who felt the Commission was disrespecting the explicit orders of the court. His position was further strengthened when one of the judges who gave the May 5 ruling, stated categorically that the ruling was clear and unambiguous and that the EC must remove the names of persons who registered with the NHIS card.
