Black Stars striker, Jordan Ayew gave new Aston Villa coach, Roberto Di Matteo a dream start to his tenure - scoring twice in an 8-0 demolition of Grazer Athletic Klub (GAK) on Saturday evening in Austria.
The 24-year-old, who played only 45 minutes of the pre-season game scored his first goal in the 17th minute after Villa captain, Micah Richards had opened the floodgates in the 10th minute.

Ayew's strike partner, Libor Kozak scored the third goal in the 19th minute before he fired home another long range effort in the 35th minute to give Villa a 4-0 lead at the halftime break.

He was denied the opportunity to score more goals when Di Matteo substituted his entire starting eleven before the second half.

Substitutes Joe Bennett and Rudy Gestede also scored two goals in the second half for Villa to emerge 8-0 victors.
