British holidaymakers in Florida should avoid having sex because of the risk of contracting the Zika virus, the government has warned.
More than 1,650 people have been diagnosed with Zika in the U.S., but four recent cases in Miami appear to be the first caught from mosquitoes in the country, rather than from overseas travel.
