Hearts, Tema Youth for Disciplinary Committee

The Disciplinary committee of the GFA will on Thursday hear the case involving league champions Accra Hearts of Oak over the assault on assistant referee Dawood Ali Ouadraogo, when they played Bechem Chelsea in the second round of the last league season. The match at the Ohene Djan Stadium in Accra, ended in chaos with open assault on the match officials after Hearts drew the home match 2 � 2. In the process, Dawood Ouadraogo collapsed and was only resuscitate at the Ridge Hospital in Accra. A statement by the GFA said the case, to be heard at 3 p.m., had delayed because of the recuperation process of Ouadraogo. Also appearing before the Committee, are Tema Youth and their players Ekow Benson and Sam Ocran, as well as Board Secretary Sam Williams, in connection with an alleged assault on Referee Vincent Otoo of Oda, in Tema Youth�s league match against Chelsea at Tema during the last season.
