Celebrated actress, Yvonne Nelson was honoured at the 2016 edition of Broadway Drama Festival, held at the Presbyterian Hall at Osu in Accra on Saturday.

The award was to recognize the popular actress and producer’s contributions to Ghana’s movie industry, especially her unselfish quest to discover new talents, to give others a chance to reach the height she has already attained.

The festival attracted different drama groups from various senior high schools across the country and the Heels & Sneakers producer used the opportunity to advise the school children to take their education serious.

According to her, their primary responsibility as students was to learn and make their parents proud.
