OJ Blaq Advises Youth

Ghanaian hip-life artiste, OJ Blaq, known in real life as Andy Nii Akrashie, has advised the youth to stay away from people they call friends.

He made this observation in an interview with Ebenezer Donkoh of Nydjlive.com after he was discharged from hospital after short illness.

According to him, “when I was admitted at the hospital I went through a lot which most people I call friends were not available at that time to help me.”

Explaining what he went through while on his hospital bed, “I remember it was left with only two days to the launch of my album which I wasn’t feeling well and visited a clinic.”

He said: “I was not able to urinate when I hospitalised but I built faith in God. It came to a point that while on my hospital bed I realised that I was wearing pampers which got stunned at that time.”

OJ Blaq became famous for his role in a hit TV series ‘Sun City’ and was later signed by Lynx Entertainment where he released hit tracks such as Chale Wote, Joley, Me Wo Mmaa, Target ft Iwan among others.
