Bechem United defeated WA All Stars 1-0 in the GHALCA G6 competition to boost their chances of securing a place in the semi-finals.
Midfielder Joseph Amoah scored a thunderbolt in the 57th minute to snatch victory for his side.
Bechem United who had lost 3-0 to Kotoko in their opening game now have their fate in the hands of the Porcupine Warriors who must avoid defeat against WA All Stars to in the final Group A match to enable the FA Cup Champions advance to the semi-finals.
Meanwhile Hearts of Oak who also lost their opening game to Aduana Stars in the other Group match will take on Medeama at the Babayara Sports Stadium tomorrow.
