PHOTOS: Trailer Falls Off Kwame Nkrumah Interchange
A trailer loaded with sugar has toppled over the Kwame Nkrumah Circle Interchange.
The accident occurred on Wednesday, March 1 when the trailer lost balance and flew over the interchange on the Ring Road to Kaneshie stretch of the Kwame Nkrumah Circle flyover.
The freight on the trailer fell on the railing of the flyover while its head dropped onto the ground, destroying some vehicles in the process.
“The situation has caused a serious traffic on the road. The head of the trailer dropped to the ground while the container was left hanging on the overhead," Peace FM's Reporter said on Peace News Bulletin at 6 pm.
