Hearts clenches vital point

A goal scored by substitute Don Bortey through a free-kick in the 69 minute enabled Accra Hearts Oak to beat New Edubiase 1-0 in the Premier League match played at the Robert Mensah Sports Stadium in Cape Coast on Sunday. After a goalless first half in which New Edubiase out-played Hearts of Oak in all department of the game, Hearts came back strongly to score the match winner against the run of play. Immediately after this goal, Hearts full back Esmic Mends was re carded for insulting behaviour. The forward line of New Edubiase, Francis Bosman Asiedu Attobrah combined beautifully and kept the vital area of Hearts boiling but try as they did they could not find the net until full time.
