Former First Lady Made Me Cry – DKB

Ghanaian comedian DKB says he thought he was tough until the Former First Lady Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings made him cry.

Reports went round that the Former First Lady had described the self-acclaimed King of comedy as boring during a show she attended.

She has since clarified the issue, and rather taken on Ghanaian comedians, asking them to expunge vulgarity from their art.

Nana Konadu had attended a DKB-headlined event at the Accra International Conference Centre.

The ‘snub’ may have been a dent on DKB’s ego but the comedian did little on the night to disprove the former First Lady’s dim view of his stagecraft.

DKB, who accepted that his performance at the Easter Comedy Show was unimpressive, attributed the flop to the use of wrong jokes for the wrong target audience.

The comedian opened up in an exclusive interview with TV3‘s Owusu Worae.
