Kotoko Could Face Points Deduction Over Dauda Mohammed Transfer

Kotoko could face sanctioning from the Ghana Football Association after failing to pay the percentage fee of the transfer of striker Dauda Mohammed to his parent Club Intevest FC.

Intervest FC, a colts Club in Kumasi have been demanding the onward transfer fee of the striker who left for Belgium Club Anderlecht.

Per the FA’s ethics, Kotoko were supposed to pay 5% of the amount to the colts Club of the player who spent two seasons with the Porcupine Warriors.

The Reds have since failed to fulfill their part of the agreement to Intevest FC who are planning to report the issue to the Ghana Football Association.

The Ghana Premier League side could face points deduction should they be found guilty for not paying the said amount to Intervest FC.

Kotoko only recorded their first win after eight matches as they defeated Tema Youth 1-0 at the Tema Park.
