Kumawood Actress Maame Serwaa Goes On BBC

Kumawood superstar, Maame Serwaa, known in real life as Clara Benson has caught the attention of the BBC in her latest role in a local drama series titled Sadia.

The actress apparently made it to the list of most popular young actors when the BBC’s crew asked around the city.

The BBC is making a children’s programme for children across the African continent and their main focus in Ghana, is the film and movie industry.

A member of the crew, while documenting the actress on set, said “all the children we spoke to love her and we want to share that love with the continent.”

Some of the children who the BBC crew spoke to, looked up to her as a role model and the crew just had to get in on the action, hence the decision to film her behind the scenes of ‘Sadia’.

An appearance on such a huge platform is bound to shoot her already rocket high career to heights that only hard work and dedication in such a competitive industry, can push one.

The young actress is ecstatic to see her career blossom at such a young age.

Maame Serwaa is undeniably one of the most successful young actors in the industry and her recent mouthwatering contract with arts and entertainment conglomerate, Silvanus Records seals the deal for her.

Her passion on the screens has earned her numerous roles in various local movies and her drive saw her back on her feet when she recently lost her mother who she attributes most of her success to.
