Black Stars and AC Milan striker Dominic Adiyiah has received words of inspiration from his manager ahead of Friday�s match against the Elephants of Cote D�Ivoire. The World Under 20 Best Player is expected to shine in the bi-annual championship currently ongoing in Angola. The Manager of the player, Mr. Desmond Frimpong Manso ( a.k.a Cocroach), who is the CEO of Kpando Heart of Lions, spoke to the player on phone encouraging him on how to manage the fame and pressure, thus going all out to get the goals once he is given the opportunity in Angola. �Being your first tournament at the senior level, all eyes will be on you to deliver, especially coming at the time when you are the reigning world best player at the youth level. You don�t have to allow that to eat into your head; I know you can deliver as you have always maintained cool headedness even in trying moments.� Dominic Adiyiah who was a constant feature during his days with Heart of Lions, believes it is time to throw away fantasy and get down to business when the coach Milovan Rajevac gives him the chance to show to the rest of the world the kind of ingenuity that earned him the accolade as World Best at the youth level. Ghana is without five regular members of the team who got injured in the build up to the competition; thus resulting in coach Rajevac falling on eight new boys from the Under 20 World Cup winning side, Adiyiah inclusive. With Stephen Appiah, John Mensah, John Paintsil and Laryea Kingston all sidelined by various degrees of injuries while Sulley was not invited for obvious reason of indiscipline, everyone expects the young talents to rise to the occasion and perhaps cause a stir in the tournament. It�s been 28 good years now when Ghana last won the Africa Cup of Nations in Libya but many do not have the belief that the current crop of players can make the nation smile again. However, the head coach of the Black Stars has reposed absolute confidence in his new generation of players.
