The Second Deputy Speaker of Parliament and a Flagbearer hopeful for the NDC, Hon. Alban Sumana Bagbin has said the National Democratic Congress (NDC) cannot win power come 2020 with John Mahama as Presidential candidate.

This was in response to claims that the NDC party seems to be giving the former president Mahama undue advantage.

Speaking on Agoo FM, he said every indication shows that the party is being bias since they (aspirants) have been listening to some NDC leaders and from every angle, they seem to be giving their support to  Mr. Mahama.

He said he decided to contest for flagbearership because he is very convinced and sure that with the erstwhile president John Dramani Mahama as leader, the party can never win 2020.
