Serbian coach Bora Milutinovic made an appearance at the training grounds of the Black Stars on Tuesday in Luanda, for what was perceived as a possible spy on the team ahead of the 2010 Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) World Cup in South Africa. Milutinovic, who once coached the Nigerian national team at the 1998 FIFA World Cup, told the GNA Sports in an interview that his mission in the camp of Ghana was not to spy on the team for his country Serbia but to follow the trend of the tournament. According to Milutinovic, it is impossible for him to spy for his country because he has not been given such an assignment by their Football Association or the head coach of the Serbian national team. "If I want to spy on Ghana, I will hide myself somewhere at the training grounds or observe the team on television or read newspapers concerning them and that will be enough for me to fulfil my mission, but that is not why I'm here. "My country's FA and the coach have enough knowledge on Ghana and my input will not make any difference for their participation at the World Cup. "The Serbia national coach knows all that he wants about Ghana and he will not need anything from me. It is my wish that the two countries progress to the next stage of the competition, he added. "Rajevic is a good friend of mine just as the head coach of Serbia and I'm looking forward to see them in the next stage of the World Cup even though they are in a very tough group. He noted. "I'm here to watch the Africa Cup of Nations and this is my second tournament. Football is my passion and my life that is why I'm here and nothing else". The coach stated. Commenting on the semi final matches on Thursday, the coach said the two matches are very difficult and unpredictable. "I will have wished to see Ghana and Nigeria in the finals but unfortunately one of them has to settle for the third or fourth place because they are meeting at the semi finals. Coach Milutinovic said Ghana and Nigeria have what it takes to win the Cup should any of them advance to the finals of the competition. Journalists from Germany and Australia have also been following the Stars team since the competition began. Three German journalists admitted that they are in Angola because of the Black Stars when GNA Sports spoke to them. According to the journalists, they want to have a fair assessment of the strength of the Ghanaian team, before the start of the World Cup competition in June.
