We Need $21,000 To Bring Anokye Supremo's Mortal Remains Back To Ghana - Father

The father of the late Anokye Supremo aka Daddy Lumba Junior, Mr. Kwadwo Barfo has said an amount of $21,000 is needed to bring back home the mortal remains of his late son.

He appealed to the general public and wealthy Ghanaians to help him raise adequate funds to convey the remains of the late musician and give him a befitting burial as the customs of their family demands.

Speaking in an interview at Adom FM and monitored by Peacefmonline.com, Mr. Barfo explained that $21,000 is outstanding arrears covering the hospital bills in India, where the musician went for a surgery to remove a brain tumor and reportedly dying of cardiac arrest.

He added that the family owes the morgue where his son's corpse is kept separate from the cost involved in flying the corpse from India back to Ghana.

The father of Anokye Supremo therefore called on concerned Ghanaians to help the family foot the bill incurred.

Daddy Lumba Junior aka Anokye Supremo passed away on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 in India.
