NDC Is United To Win 2020 Elections - Tei-Larbi

Member of Parliament [MP] for Lower Manya Constituency in the Eastern Region, Ebenezer Okletey Tei-Larbi has commended former President John Dramani Mahama on his election as flagbearer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).

262, 942 delegates had to decide between seven candidates during the NDC Primaries on Sunday, February 24, 2019 and at the end of the Primaries, John Dramani Mahama grabbed 213,487 votes representing 95% to oust his contenders.

Giving his victory speech, Mr. Mahama called for unity in the party saying “it’s my hope that with the current environment, we will work together and eschew all attempts to divide us, because in the business of politics, we know what happens. Let us be one. Let us trust each other and let us not believe the kind of stories that will be circulated creating the impression that one is trying to undermine the other."

Contributing to a panel discussion on Peace FM's "Kokrokoo", Ebenezer Tei-Larbi expressed "no doubt that NDC, we are united. We’re united for a purpose and the purpose is very simple that Ghana needs us. So, we have built a united front and we’re coming to win 2020 elections”.
