Brong Ahafo Regional First Vice Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwame Baffoe popularly known as 'Abronye DC' has urged security services specifically the Interior Minister to demand kidnapped citizens from the leadership of the NDC.
According to him, the leaked audio by the NDC National Chairman, Mr. Ofosu-Ampofo tells it all that they have intentionally decided as a party to use bad strategies to discredit the government of the day.
He said, he will lead families of the kidnapped girls to demonstrate against President Akufo-Addo and his government if they don’t demand the kidnapped girls from NDC’s leadership.
“ . . I am ever ready to lead families whose children have been kidnapped to demonstrate against the government of the day to force Ofosu-Ampofo and the NDC to produce the kidnapped girls . . . " Abronye DC told Lawyer Tweneboah Koduah on UTV.
Making reference to the Ofosu-Ampofo tape which has for the past three days been the topic of discussion, he indicated that all statements in the audio are the real words spewed by the Chairman of NDC to his communicators on the very day of the meeting.
“No statement of Ofosu-Ampofo’s audio was doctored; they are the exact words he told his party communicators. The government of the day together with our security services must blame the NDC on the various demonic activities that have happened under Nana Addo’s watch, and must make them face the consequences of every harm caused,” he said.
