NDC Created The False Impression They Tarred All Roads In Ghana - Nana B

The National Youth Organizer of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), Henry Nana Boakye popularly known as Nana B has condemned the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) for playing politics with the development of this country, especially in the area of road construction.

According to him, NDC played serious politics with most of the roads during the 2016 electioneering year.

During Thursday's panel discussion on Peace FM’s flagship program ‘Kokokroo’, Nana B accused the NDC of creating the impression during the party's tenure in office that all roads in the country had been tarred and even insulted then candidate Nana Addo Danquah Akufo Addo for "sleeping" on his campaign tours.

The impression created by the former president Mahama was that the Obuasi Dunkaw roads, Aburi To Nsawam were all tarred roads which the people debunked calling it as falsehoods," he recalled.

He however commended the Akufo-Addo government for not playing politics with road network as the NDC played with the road.

"I am happy that NPP party has not done so and I will advise the NDC that it is time the nation moves away from the situation where every policy of government is criticized for no reason,” he said.
