There Are Challenges But Akufo-Addo Is Not Frustrating Martin Amidu – Nana B

The National Youth Organizer of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Henry Nana Boakye aka Nana B has admitted the fact that there are some challenges facing the office of the Special Prosecutor but "President Akufo Addo is not frustrating his work."

Contributing to a panel discussion on Peace FM's flagship morning show 'Kokrokoo' Nana B indicated that Mr. Martin Amidu has never said in anywhere that president Nana Addo is frustrating his work but reaffirmed "there are indeed some institutional challenges frustration his work."

“I am impressed about the fight against corruption by this government but if there are challenges lets us all embrace it and fight against it…in principle majority of Ghanaians has accepted the office of the Special Prosecutor’s office so If there are clear challenges we all have to help solve rather than apportion blames because Mr. Martin Amidu has never said in any where that the president is frustrating his work,” he said.

He further said "If you want something from the institutions it may delay but let’s cut those things off to help his office function properly."

He also appealed to Mr. Amidu to focus and advised him to use the Sub-Marine approach to help fight against corruption.
