His Excellency the President of the Republic of Ghana, Prof John Evans Atta Mills, has made the following changes in Deputy Ministerial positions: Mr. Robert Joseph Mettle-Nunoo, currently Deputy Minister for Roads and Highways moves to the Ministry of Health as Deputy Minister whiles Hon. Dr. Oakley Quaye Kumah, currently Deputy Minister of Health goes to Ministry of Roads and Highways as a Deputy Minister. 2. His Excellency the President has also appointed Hon. Dr. Mustapha Ahmed, MP for Ayawaso East, as Deputy Minister designate for the Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing. 3. The changes and the appointment take immediate effect. Signed J. K.
