Voter Exhibition Exercise: NDC Are Hypocrites; They Hate EC BossĀ

NPP Regional Chairman for Bono, Kwame Baffoe aka Abronye DC has sought to educate the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) on the significance and purpose of the ongoing voter exhibition exercise.

Exposing the hypocrisy of members of the opposition party, Abronye DC noted that the  voter exhibition exercise is to allow prospective voters to verify their particulars and also make requests for amendments where necessary.

The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has sued the Electoral Commission (EC) on claims that the EC has failed to provide the party with a provisional copy of the voters register to guide them in the exercise.
The NDC explained that the EC’s failure to provide them with a provisional register and other relevant information pose challenges to the exercise.

This therefore informed their decision to file a law suit against the Electoral Commission.

Reacting to the suit on Peace FM's "Kokrokoo", Abronye DC stated that the NDC stated the NDC has never liked the EC Boss, Madam Jean Mensah, since her appointment and will do everything to detract from her reputation.

"Ever since this woman assumed office, NDC has been unleashing series of attacks against her for nothing and vowed never to trust her office simply because she was appointed by the NPP", he said.

Addressing the NDC further on the exhibition exercise, he lambasted the party stating categorically that the "NDC are hypocrites. They prefer Madam Charlotte Osei who was found guilty involving in illegal transfer to the one who has not done any illegal activity ever since she assumed office...This is pure hypocrisy and it’s unacceptable".

"...if you have any problem, direct it to the EC’s office for solution", he advised the NDC and added a quote by former President John Dramani Mahama  that “attacking EC simply means the fear of losing election."
