The Ghana football authorities have chosen the Roode Valley Lodge as the Black Stars hotel for the World Cup in South Africa in June.
The Black Stars will be based in the 40-room hotel for their group stage matches, giving the Ghanaians total control of the facility during the tournament.
This will prevent intruder from infiltrating the camp of the Black Stars as the Ghana FA seeks to weed out unwanted people from loitering there to give the players the maximum concentration.
The hotel is located north of Pretoria on the banks of the Pienaar�s River in the Highveld.
Protected by 24 hour security, Roode Valley is a mere forty-five minutes from Johannesburg City Centre and Oliver Tambo International Airport.
It is also is also located north of Pretoria next to the Roodeplaat Dam and Nature Reserve. Fifa confirmed that all 32 teams had identified their bases, the majority concentrated around Gauteng Province.
The World Cup runs between June 11 and July 11. World champions Italy chose the Leriba Lodge in Centurion just outside Pretoria, while Brazil will be camped at The Fairway in Johannesburg. Ghana's opponents Germany picked the Velmore Hotel in Pretoria, the same city as Diego Maradona's Argentina, North Korea, New Zealand, Ghana and Slovakia.
Spain will take over the NWU Campus in Potchefstroom while England have identified the Bafokeng Sports Campus in Rustenburg.
