Robinho Blasts Real Madrid

Santos striker Robinho has jumped to Kaka's defence as he attacks Real Madrid for "blaming the foreigners" after they crashed out of the Champions League. Robinho, who played for Real Madrid until his 2008 move to Manchester City, claims nothing has changed at the club. He feels Kaka has been made a scapegoat for the European failure against Lyon, and he has slammed the negative coverage his fellow Brazilian received post-match. "What happens in Madrid is nothing new. When things don't go well the blame is always piled on the foreigners," Robinho is quoted as saying by Marca. "The exact same thing happened to me, and it happened again with Kaka. "Kaka is a spectacular player and he will recover from this situation, I am sure. "He will triumph with the Real Madrid jersey, and will do well with Brazil." Robinho is currently on loan at Santos from Premier League side City.
