Gov't Cannot Be Responsible For Peoples Inability To Count - Sammi Awuku Replies Akandoh

National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament for Juaboso constituency Kwabena Mintah Akando says the NPP government has deceived Ghanaians with the distribution of 307 ambulances across the country.

Akandoh claimed the ambulances commissioned by President Nana Akufo-Addo on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at the Black Star Square were not up to the number.

“Though I was not invited, I was there and counted all the vehicles. They were not up to 307 as government claims”, he said on Asempa FM on Wednesday.

Reacting to the claim by the MP on Peace FM’sThe Platform” show, NPP National Organizer, Sammi Awuku said the government will not be swayed by opposition stating emphatically that “NPP government is focused, busily delivering on our promises and cannot be held responsible for people’s inability to count”.

“It cannot be the fault of government for not being able to count...Even in rough estimate, all 275 constituencies were present for their ambulances so he can use that to count”, he added.
