The Executive Council of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), has appointed ACP Henry Kodjo Otoo as Chairman of the Safety and Security Committee.
A statement from the GFA said, the Police Officer comes in with loads of experience in crowd control and public safety and would be expected to lead the agenda of ensuring the safety and security of all spectators, players and officials at match venues.
It said other members of the committee would include L/C Donald Asare - Vice-Chairman, Mr. John Ansah – Member, Simon Ehomah – Member, and Ben Julius Emunah - Secretary.
