COVID-19: National Youth Authority Donates Essential Items Worth 700,000ghc To The Ministry Of Health

The National Youth Authority as part of its 'COVID 19 Youth Campaign' has donated assorted essential medical equipment to the Ministry of Health in support of Ghana's efforts at combating the Corona Virus pandemic.

The CEO of the National Youth Authority, Mr. Sylvester Tetteh was joined by Hon. Francisca Oteng Mensah who is the Board Chairperson of NYA, Henry Nana Boakye (Nana B) Board member and National Youth Organizer of NPP, Nelson Owusu Ansah Deputy CEO of NYA and some directors of the National Youth Authority in presenting the essential items to the Ministry of Health.

The items worth 700,000ghc include 200,000 Gloves, 2000 Cardinal Health PPEs, 1000 Re-useable PPEs, 400 Googles, 5000 Hand Sanitizers and many other essential items. The Minister together with his team and management were grateful to the National Youth Authority for the timely support.

The National Youth Authority recently launched the 'COVID 19 Youth Campaign'. The authority is seeking to rally the Youth through this campaign in mobilizing the needed support for government's fight against the Corona Virus pandemic.
