I Was Depressed; Forgive Me - Funny Face Begs Ghanaians

Comic actor, Funny Face has rendered a solemn apology to his fans and all Ghanaians over his recent outburst on social media regarding him and his colleague actors, Lil Win, Bismark the Joke and Kalybos.

Funny Face went berserk months ago threatening to expose the scandalous lifestyles of the aforementioned actors and in a fit of anger used unpalatable words on the actors as well as Ghanaians.

In one of his social media videos, he told Ghanaians he doesn't give a damn about their support for him and his career.

Funny Face has however released his maiden album dubbed ''Animal Kingdom'' and called on Ghanaians to patronize it but his utterances ricocheted as Ghanaians who got hurt sized and placed him where he belongs, refusing to support his album.

Speaking to Ola Michael on Peace FM's Saturday edition of 'Entertainment Review', the comic actor opened up on why he exhibited such character towards Ghanaians.

He revealed that he was going through depression due to the events that characterized his life in the past seven (7) months.

Touching on his depression, he said the absence of his twins as a result of their baby mama taking them away from him demoralized him and any time his eyes spotted anything in his house belonging to the children, it would trigger his pains.

He further disclosed that, at some point in time, he had a session with a psychiatrist to resolve his depression.

According to him, the only way he could deal with his predicament was to come out and talk but he believes he overdid his episodes.

Funny Face is, therefore, pleading with Ghanaians to forgive him.

"I'm sorry. Everybody should forgive me," he said.

He added that what he went through could have 'killed' him but for his strong heart.

"I am a strong person. I would have died six times."
