Director of Communications at the Presidency, Eugene Arhin has asked the public to disregard false story published by the Herald Newspaper to the effect that the President was on Saturday “flown out of the country to London for COVID-19 treatment.
The Herald newspaper on Sunday published the story claiming President Akufo-Addo has been flown to the United Kingdom for treatment.
But Eugene Arhin reacting to this effect with a picture of the president and his family observing the 14-day self-isolation at the Presidential Villa in Jubilee House after a close person tested positive for coronavirus said; “it is clearly a figment of the author’s imagination”.
