A member of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) Communication team, Alhaji Naziru Mohammed has described the Akufo-Addo government as a bad and cursed one that has infected Ghanaians with hardship and sickness.

According to him, people usually describe their wellbeing based on atrocities and sicknesses, but due to Akufo-Addo’s bad and 'cursed' government that Ghanaians are experiencing, both their pockets and physical being are not well as the country battles not only economic hardship but also the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Nobody is well in this country . . . while your pocket is not well, at the same time we are not well physically and it is hard to understand,” he slammed.

Speaking on Okay FM’s 'Ade Akye Abia' Morning Show, Alhaji Naziru Mohammed says it makes sense to him now when the late Sir John used to lament about hardship under the NDC government.

“Sir John once said under the NDC government that the hardship in the country was so enormous that women could not even give birth and I understand him now, a certain government can make people run mad due to hardship and that is what we are experiencing under President Akufo-Addo," he asserted.
