Mahama Is Never Consistent - Kwamena Duncan

Kwamena Duncan, Central Regional Minister, has appealed to Ghanaians not to make a mistake and re-elect former President John Dramani Mahama during the general elections.

President John Mahama seeks to come back to power and in his bid for re-election in the December polls, has been feeding Ghanaians with achievements of his previous government.

In order to keep his achievements refreshed in the minds of the Ghanaian electorates, Mr. Mahama has been talking about health and educational projects among other development activities that his government commenced, and completed, as well as those that were under construction before Ghanaians voted him out of power.

He has promised to resolve Ghana's unemployment situation, review President Akufo-Addo's free SHS policy into what he believes will be more effective to provide quality education for all Ghanaians and pledged to fulfil more promises, if re-elected as President.

But speaking on Wednesday's ''Kokrokoo'' on Peace FM, Kwamena Duncan reminded Ghanaians of the type of leader that former President Mahama is.

He asked them not to forget his abysmal performance while as Vice President and eventually Head of State.

He noted that Mr. Mahama is so desperate for power that he has resorted to a dangerous campaign by playing the tribal card, explaining the former President goes to the Volta Region and tries to knock heads against President Nana Akufo-Addo.

To him, Ghanaians should not lose sight of his track record when going out in their numbers to vote during the general electiosn.

''President Mahama has never been consistent. Sometimes, you wonder whether he knows or understands the things that he puts across. But because he does not put premium on the things he says, he has now resorted to dangerous political campaign. When you hear it, then you cringe,'' the Central Regional Minister said.
