"I'm Disappointed In Stonebwoy" - Sarkodie Addresses Assault On His Manager

Rapper Sarkodie has expressed disappointment in dancehall artiste Stonebwoy for physically assaulting his manager, Angel Town.

During Sarkodie's ''Black Love Virtual Concert'' which was pre-recorded on Monday, August 10, 2020 and went live on Sunday, August 16, Stonebwoy and Angel Town were said to have had some misunderstandings, resulting in the dancehall artiste fisting the eyes of Angel Town.

For this reason, Stonebwoy was dropped from the concert.

Although Stonebwoy has apologized to Sarkodie, his manager and team, the rapper in an address to his fans and followers bemoaned Stonebwoy's actions and hoped his confrontation with Angel Town had not turned physical.

He however asked Ghanaians to note that entertainers like himself and Stonebwoy are humans and could react angrily but would want the entertainment industry to be well civilized.

Sarkodie stressed he has worked hard to create a good image of the industry to the corporate world and therefore advised his colleague entertainers to behave responsibly and not allow their emotions to cause them to react violently.

He urged them to be guided by the roles they play in society and leave a good example for posterity.
