NPP Rather Outdoored Mahama At Their Abysmal Manifesto Launch - Otokunor

The organizational skills of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) government has been questioned.

The Deputy General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Peter Boamah Otokunor is surprised that a ruling government with all the resources available to them will organize such an 'abysmal manifesto launch'.

The NPP on Saturday launched its 2020 manifesto ahead of the December 7 election.

However, Peter Otokunor who was speaking in an interview on Kumasi-based Hello FM said: "their organization was very poor especially for a party in power. The kind of resource they put in their organization was very poor; even the content and various messages; so sad. No one spoke about corruption, exchange rate; I’m saying this because that was their major issue in 2016".

"They are just confused and they don’t have any intension of fulfilling these promises . . . instead of concentrating on their manifesto launch they rather launched former President Mahama . . . " he further indicated.
