Ghana has recorded 162 new COVID-19 infections raising the total count to 44,460 according to information provided on the official website of the Ghana Health Service (GHS).
The active cases are now 1,063.
As of 29 August 2020, 43,121 patients have recovered/discharged and the number of deaths remains 276.
