D-Black Picks KOD For MUSIGA President

The seat for the Musicians Union of Ghana ( MUSIGA) President still remains vacant after musician Bice Osei Kuffour a.k.a Obour vacated his position to pursue his political ambition.

There's supposed to be an election for a new President, however, currently there is no substantive President of MUSIGA.

The campaign competition is on for whoever wants to head the musicians' Union.

Names like sound engineers, Richie, Appietus - to mention a few - came up as nominees for the position.

Appietus has bowed out of the contest but Richie is poised to become the President.

But Ghanaian rapper D-Black has made his pick for Media Personality, Kofi Okyere Darko, popularly called KOD to head the musicians in Ghana.

According to D-Black, MUSIGA needs a selfless leader who has the interest of the musicians at heart and willing to cause major transformation in the lives of the musicians, and when he looks around, these character traits befit KOD.

He said this in an interview on Okay FM's entertainment programme dubbed ''Best Entertainment''.
